At Cuddle and Stitch, we strive to provide high-quality embroidered blankets that our customers love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth experience for both parties.

1. Order Issues
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Incorrect items received
- Defective or damaged products
- Errors in custom embroidery (such as misspelled names, incorrect design choices, etc.)
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must meet the following criteria:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
- Provide clear photographs of the product showing the defect or error.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition (for exchanges or replacements).
3. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our embroidered blankets, custom orders (those with personalized names, dates, or designs) are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. If there is a mistake in the custom embroidery, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your request and approve the return, we will initiate the refund process or send a replacement depending on your preference. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the product needs to be returned, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is necessary, please ensure that the blanket is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost items.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your blanket for a different design, color, or size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging the exchange based on availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. Custom items that are correctly embroidered per your order specifications are also non-returnable.
